nueviss.com ("Nueviss", "we", "us") operates this website and sells the products offered herein. By using nueviss.com you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable UK VAT where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised; you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, via DHL: Free Shipping (3–8 working days) or Express (2–5 working days, £5.00). See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

4. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return under our Returns & Exchanges policy, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Intellectual property

All content on nueviss.com — including text, images and branding — is the property of Nueviss and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nueviss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
