Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. All orders are dispatched with DHL and include tracking.

Delivery options

DHL Express orders are given processing priority — your order is placed with our fulfilment partner first and handled ahead of standard shipments.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates count from dispatch, not from the order date. During promotional periods processing may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays and peak season can add a few working days. If your order is significantly late, e-mail us at support@nueviss.com and we will investigate with the courier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and postcode at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
